Amazing place with great wi-fi, free parking, and 24-hour reception. I remember the staff helped me with a late check-in during my first stay. I recommend this hotel for a hassle-free experience. I'm coming back for Christmas!

the pool area was heated and the location was unbeatable and favourable, near oklahoma on the night of 7/28, a zoo, and a museum as an attraction, and the restaurant. furthermore, close to everything. delightful room, we had a double room, with a microwave, a refrigerator and a writing desk.

The room was comfortable and clean. The bed felt great, and the pillows were nice too. My only issue was that it needed some updates. The furniture looked a bit worn. The shower was fine, but the bathroom could definitely use a refresh. It did the job for a few nights.

Staff was slow and not friendly. Had to plug in lamps. No hot water until a few minutes before I left. Questionable cleanliness. Towels so thin in spots I could see through them.

I liked that it was close to St Johns hospital! The bed was comfy!
The bathroom was kinda small and outdated which makes it appear dirty. I know it wasn't dirty but I'm not sure if I will stay there next appointment date.

It was very quite and we weren't smack dab next to someone else. Their rooms didn't smell like smoke. And the sheets were fresh.

The receptionist made me a waffle, they were very helpful, super friendly, very comfortable, nice location overall a great stay I would stay here again!
The only bad thing is that Wifi is terrible it's slow and brings you back and forth reentering and confirm the username and password then it didn't even work on my iPad or phone. Wifi is a huge deal nowadays so that was a bit of a disappointment.

Bed was comfortable. Price was OK.
The facilities were in need of repairs (missing security, ceiling crumbling, missing parts on toilet, plus more). Hall had a odd odor (smoke+paint). The service desk person forgot we were guests a couple times.

The staff when I checked in was very nice and helpful.
When I first entered the bathroom in my room there were two cockroaches by the toilet. I killed them. Then later when i pulled the covers down to get in bed it looked like there was dryed splatters of blood on the sheets and pillow. Pulled sheets down further and the foot of the bed looked like someone slept with dirty feet. Went to front desk to request clean sheets and the man on duty wasn't very concerned about the issie. So i just got clean sheets from him and remade the bed myself. Also, the heated indoor pool felt more like a jacuzzi due to be so hot. Daytime staff was great tho as well as housekeepers. Oh, and the tv was extremely small for the room. Couldnt even really watch it while laying in bed. Had to sit up to see it.

The workmanship such as painting was shabby and rushed, looked like a cheap hotel considering the price I paid to stay one night.
